Discovery Program visits The Lotus Garden

     Children from Discovery Program visited The Lotus Garden with teacher Jennifer Katz. They loved looking at the fish, getting wheelbarrow rides, learning about garden tools and most of all watering the plants. They finished off their visit with a story and a snack on a perfect May morning.

Lotus Garden Halloween Party 2015

Another fun-filled Halloween Party at the Lotus Garden! We love seeing the kids come in their costumes and watching them grow from year to year. We also want to give a big shout out to the amazing volunteers from Hunter too – thank you !

The Lotus Garden becomes a 501 (c) (3) charity

On February 12, 2015, the IRS designated the Lotus Garden a tax exempt public charity under IRS code section 501 (c) (3).  This means that donors can deduct contributions they make to us.  We can also receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts.  Many thanks to the numerous gardeners who spent hours researching and […]
